Since we are in the team building unit in class, I think it is a good time to reflect on ourselves as part of a team using the "Teamwork" word cloud picture below. I think I need to work on fairness and planning. I need to work on fairness because when someone did not get a turn I didn't say anything. I need to work on planning because I just plan for a minute and then try it out before thinking it through all the way so the plan did not workout well.
